These terms govern your use of this website and, where a separate written agreement is not in place, your engagement of Eternity Agency ("we," "us," "our") for services. By using this site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.
Eternity Agency provides brand strategy, creative production, performance marketing, social media management, and related advertising services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are agreed separately in writing (proposal, statement of work, or contract) before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final creative deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Eternity Agency retains the right to showcase completed work, including in case studies, portfolios, and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and internal systems used to deliver work (including Eternity Core) remain the property of Eternity Agency.
Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and due dates, are set out in the individual project agreement. Late payment may result in a pause of ongoing work.
Eternity Agency will perform services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, and client-side execution. We do not guarantee specific results.
We treat client information shared with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the agreed services, or as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
